1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, logging in, or using any part of the 2bd platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply fully with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our services.

These terms constitute a binding agreement between you as the user and 2bd as the platform provider. Continued use of the platform following any changes to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

The 2bd platform is intended for users who have reached the legal age of majority under Malaysian law. Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the applicable age and legal requirements in their jurisdiction before using this service.

2. Account Creation and Security

To access the full range of 2bd services, you are required to register an account using accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts for the purpose of fraud or system abuse is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. 2bd will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately at [email protected].

Registration information must be accurate and truthful at all times.
A strong and unique password is strongly recommended.
Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
All activity carried out from your account is your responsibility.

3. User Responsibilities and Usage Rules

As a user of the 2bd platform, you agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, market manipulation, or any illegal activity.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's technical infrastructure.
Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
Registering multiple accounts or lending your account to another individual.
Abusing promotions, bonuses, or platform offers through dishonest means.
Spreading false or misleading information about the platform.

2bd reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts without prior notice where necessary.

4. Payments, Deposits and Transactions

All financial transactions on the 2bd platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid. 2bd accepts a range of local payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Malaysian online banking.

Deposits will be credited to your account once payment has been confirmed by the payment processor. Processing times vary depending on your chosen payment method and may take anywhere from a few seconds to several minutes. 2bd is not responsible for any delays caused by third parties such as banks or digital wallet providers.

For withdrawals, you are required to use the same payment method as your deposit, unless otherwise specified on the platform. Withdrawals are subject to internal review and verification. 2bd reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a withdrawal, in line with our anti-money laundering policy.

All deposits and bets are final once confirmed.
Minimum and maximum deposit/withdrawal limits apply and are subject to change in accordance with current policies.
Transactions suspected of fraud will be investigated and may be delayed or cancelled.

5. Liability, Accounts and Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

2bd provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties. We accept no liability for any direct or indirect financial losses arising from the use of the platform, including betting losses, technical service disruptions, or errors in odds display. Users bear full responsibility for their own betting and financial decisions.

Where 2bd's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, our maximum liability is limited to the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy

2bd reserves the right to suspend or close a user account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of terms of use, fraudulent activity, attempted money laundering, or any action that compromises the integrity of the platform. In the event of a legitimate account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the investigation is complete, subject to applicable conditions.

Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links

All content on the 2bd platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 2bd or its licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any platform content without prior written permission.

The platform may contain links or references to third-party services. 2bd does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing such links is entirely at the user's own risk.

6. Changes to Terms and Governing Law

2bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or relating to the use of this platform are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
